Delhi Duty Free has announced the travel retail debut of Pernod Ricard’s premium Indian whiskey, Longitude 77.

The release comes in response to what the retailer calls an “increasing demand” for premium Indian whiskey. Longitude 77 is named after the meridian line which traverses the heart of India and is an homage to the nation’s cultural diversity, with a floral and fruity aroma which features hints of toffee and peat smoke. The taste is rich, woody, soft and mellow, with a velvety, balanced sweetness, and a medium, woody and spicy finish.
